Delivery and returns

Where we deliver, what delivery costs, and what happens if a parcel cannot be handed over.

Delivery areas and fees

Delivery fees are shown before you confirm your order.

Payment

  • Cash on delivery: you pay once the parcel is in your hands.
  • Or pay online by Mobile Money when ordering: there is then nothing left to pay on delivery.

Receipt

  • After you order, the shop prepares your parcel and lets you know when it ships.
  • You get a delivery code. Only give it to the courier once the parcel is in your hands: it confirms the delivery.
  • If your order contains several items, they may arrive together, with a single code.

Delivery not possible

  • If you are away or unreachable, the courier tries again (two attempts in total).
  • After the second attempt, or if you refuse the parcel, it goes back to the shop and the order is cancelled.

Cancellation and refund

  • Cash on delivery: you have paid nothing, a refused parcel costs you nothing.
  • Online payment: if your order is cancelled or returned, you are refunded automatically on the same Mobile Money number, minus 4 % fees.
  • A problem with an item you received? Contact the shop or open a claim from your customer account.
